Over the last 100 years, Lions have learned that healthy communities require a healthy planet. Supported by a network of more than 1.4 million members, Lions are actively mobilizing to safeguard the natural world for generations to come. Environmental degradation, pollution, and climate challenges directly affect the well-being of people around the globe. Lions serve to sustainably protect and restore our environment to improve the well-being of all communities.

Through hands-on service, Lions organize large-scale tree planting initiatives, clean up parks, beaches, and waterways, and launch community recycling campaigns. Lions also lead educational programs on conservation, water hygiene, and sustainable agriculture. By taking local responsibility for global ecological health, Lions cultivate cleaner, safer, and more vibrant environments for everyone.
